Can I not find babysitters or nannies on my own?

Of course you can get on the internet or use other means to find sitters or nannies on your own. However, we are able to save you time and effort by using our agency. We make the process of finding the right caregiver easier, less stressful and more effective. This ends with longer lasting results for several reasons. One, we screen our candidates more thoroughly than the average family is able to. The candidates that the agency sends to you to review and interview have undergone a rigorous vetting process and meet your specific needs. When ready to hire, the agency will conduct an extensive background check on the caregiver coming into yourhome. We also guide you to write a nanny / family work agreement. Finally, the agency advises you of pertinent information that you need to know as a domestic employer including payroll and taxes. We work with you even after you have hired to ensure that your new professional relationship sticks

What kinds of candidates does Signet Nannies refer?

Signet Nannies only refer high quality candidates who are passionate about child care; all our candidates have a minimum of 3 years verifiable child care experience and are CPR and first aid certified. All our candidates are personally interviewed and have taken the agency’s skill and personality assessment.
